Gtrade Membership Cancellation Policy 

As a customer you can cancel your membership at anytime by going to “myaccount” and click cancel.Cancellation requests must be received prior to the renewal date of your subscription. If you fail to submit a cancellation request prior to your renewal date, your account will be charged and no refunds will be issued. If you cancel at any time you will still have access to your membership for the remainder of any time paid and no pro-rated refunds will be given.
